Creamy Custard Eggs with Cornstarch Butter Sauce

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Instructions



1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and a small amount of the milk to create a smooth slurry. Gradually add the remaining milk while stirring to prevent lumps.

2. Whisk the Eggs:
