Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced

Instructions

3. Toast the Bread:

4. Assemble the Open Sandwich:
- Spread an even layer of hummus over each toasted bread slice.
- Arrange cucumber slices on top of the hummus.
- Generously spoon the herb mixture over the cucumber slices, ensuring an even distribution.
5. Serve:
- Transfer the open sandwiches to a serving platter.
- Optionally, garnish with additional fresh dill for an extra touch of color.
- Serve immediately.
