- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Noodles:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, approximately PT10M. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the Oil:
In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.
3. Cook the Chicken:
Add the sliced chicken breasts to the hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about PT7M, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and stir for about PT30S until fragrant. Then, add the broccoli florets and sauté for PT4M until they are tender-crisp.
5. Combine Ingredients:
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the broccoli. Add the drained egg noodles.
