Deluxe Stir-Fry Medley with Italian Meatballs and Asian Dumplings



Ingredients



- 8 Kirkland Signature Italian-Style Beef Meatballs
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 orange carrot, julienned
- 1 yellow carrot, julienned
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 8 Ling Ling Potstickers
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 8 Bibigo mandu
- 1 cup red sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 Kirkland Signature Cheese Pizza, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 Kirkland Signature Thin-Sliced Chicken Breast, cooked and sliced
- 1 package (9 oz) Pasta Prima Spinach and Mozzarella Ravioli
- 1 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Kirkland Signature Three Berry Blend
- 1 bunch scallions, sliced for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions



1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather and prepare all the vegetables. Slice the onion, peppers, and mushrooms; julienne the carrots; and prep the broccoli florets and sugar snap peas.

2. Cook the Meats and Dumplings: In a large skillet or wok, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the Italian meatballs and brown them on all sides for about 5 minutes. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.

3. Add Dumplings: In the same skillet, add the Ling Ling Potstickers and Bibigo mandu. Cook according to package directions, then remove and set aside.

4. Cook Vegetables: Return the skillet to medium-high heat, add sesame oil, and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the onions and bell peppers; cook until slightly softened, roughly 3 minutes.

5. Stir Fry Veggies: Add mushrooms, carrots, sugar snap peas, water chestnuts, and broccoli. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes, ensuring the vegetables remain crisp-tender.

6. Sauce and Season: Pour red sauce over the vegetables and stir. Add the soy sauce and sugar, mixing to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Combine Pasta and Pizza: Gently fold in the spinach and mozzarella ravioli, rotisserie chicken, and pizza pieces. Mix until everything is evenly coated with sauce.

8. Incorporate Meatballs and Dumplings: Return the meatballs and dumplings to the skillet, tossing gently to incorporate them with the vegetables and pasta. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top.

9. Heat and Garnish: Lower the heat to a simmer, allowing the mozzarella to melt for about 2-3 minutes. Finish with fresh cilantro and scallions for garnish.

10. Berry Accent: To serve, add a small spoonful of the Kirkland Signature Three Berry Blend on each plate for a fresh, contrasting flavor.
