Ingredients
Batter:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
1. Prepare the Batter:

- In a separate bowl, whisk the large egg and mix with ½ cup of milk and 1 tablespoon of peanut oil. Gradually add this wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until a smooth batter is formed.
2. Prepare the Filling:
- In another bowl, mix the diced peaches with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
3. Combine and Rest:
- Fold the peach mixture gently into the batter. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes to absorb flavors and ensure smooth, airy fritters.
4. Heat the Oil:

5. Deep Fry the Fritters:
