Instructions
1. Prepare the Stove-Top Mixture

2. Combine Fruits and Sweeteners
Once the kefir is warm, add the sliced ripe banana and frozen mixed berries to the saucepan. Stir gently to combine the fruit with the vanilla kefir. Allow the mixture to cook for PT3M (3 minutes).
3. Infuse with Flavors
Stir in the honey or maple syrup (if using), ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Continue cooking over medium heat for an additional PT4M (4 minutes), stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and to ensure even heating.
4. Simmer and Thicken
Reduce the heat to low and allow the mixture to simmer for PT2M (2 minutes) until the bananas are tender and the berries are soft and slightly integrated into the vanilla kefir, creating a creamy texture.
5. Serve Warm
Remove the saucepan from the heat. Transfer the warm mixture into serving bowls. If desired, garnish with additional slices of banana or a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve immediately for a hearty, delicious breakfast treat.
