Dill-Pickle Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup dill pickle chips, chopped
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 8 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup carrot sticks
- 1 cup crackers for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped dill pickle chips, and pickle juice. Toss gently to ensure the chicken absorbs the flavors from the pickle juice.
