Dill-Pickle Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps



Ingredients


- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup dill pickle chips, chopped
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup carrot sticks
- 1 cup crackers for serving

Instructions


1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped dill pickle chips, and pickle juice. Toss gently to ensure the chicken absorbs the flavors from the pickle juice.

2. Create the Dressing:
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, fresh dill, dried dill, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.

3. Combine Everything:
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture. Stir everything together until the chicken is evenly coated with the dressing. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt or pepper if needed.

4. Assemble the Wraps:
Take a romaine lettuce leaf and spoon a generous amount of the chicken salad into the center. Top with a few slices of cucumber for added crunch. Repeat this step for the remaining lettuce leaves.

5. Serve:
