Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
1. Prepare the Mixture
In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, combine the whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt. Stir continuously until the mixture is thoroughly combined and the sugar is fully dissolved. Ensure the cocoa powder has no lumps.
