Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast cutlets
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breast cutlets evenly with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.

5. Finish with Lemon:
Add the lemon zest and lemon juice to the sauce, stirring well. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if necessary.
6. Combine and Serve:
Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the creamy Parmesan sauce over the cutlets. Let the chicken simmer gently in the sauce for 2-3 minutes to absorb the flavors. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
