Smoky Salami and Provolone Cracker Stacks

- 8 slices Parma salami
- 8 slices hot Genoa salami
- 8 slices smoked provolone cheese
- 8 slices hot provolone cheese
- 16 round or square crackers
- 2 tablespoons hot honey

Instructions



1. Prepare Ingredients
- Arrange the crackers on a microwave-safe plate in a single layer, ensuring sufficient space between each cracker.
- Slice the smoked provolone and hot provolone cheese into small squares that comfortably fit on the crackers.

2. Layer the Crackers
- Place a slice of Parma salami on each cracker.
- Add a slice of smoked provolone cheese on top of the Parma salami.
- Carefully layer a slice of hot Genoa salami over the cheese.
- Finally, top with a slice of hot provolone cheese.

3. Microwave the Snack
- Set your microwave to medium heat.
- Heat the stacked crackers for approximately 30-45 seconds, or until the cheese is visibly melting. Monitor closely to prevent overcooking.

4. Drizzle and Serve
- Once melted, carefully remove the plate from the microwave using oven mitts, as it may be hot.
