For the Creamy Vanilla Glaze:

- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Dough:
- In a small bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes, until foamy.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, milk, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, salt, and pumpkin spice. Stir in the yeast mixture.
- Gradually add flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

2. Make the Filling:
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar and pumpkin spice.
- Roll out the dough into a 16x12-inch rectangle.
- Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle the sugar-spice mixture evenly.

3. Shape the Rolls:
- Roll the dough tightly from one long end to the other to form a log.
- Cut into 12 even pieces and place in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Cover and let rise for an additional 30 minutes.

4. Bake the Rolls:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

5. Prepare the Glaze:
- Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream, and mix until well combined.

6. Finish and Serve:
- Allow the rolls to cool for 10 minutes before drizzling with cream cheese glaze.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
