Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided

- 1 medium lemon, zested and juiced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken:
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps achieve a nice sear. Set aside.
2. Create the Marinade:
In a medium-sized bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well.
3. Marinate the Chicken:
Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated with the marinade. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. For deeper flavor, marinate up to 2 hours.
4. Preheat the Pan:
