Vibrant Honey-Dijon Carrot Stir Fry



Ingredients



- 6 large carrots, peeled and julienned
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
