Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed

- 3 cups fresh spinach leaves

Instructions
1. Preparation
- Place all ingredients out on your counter and gather the cooking equipment: a large pot, skillet, spatula, and a ladle.
2. Cooking the Sausage
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the Italian sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is browned and fully cooked.
3. Cooking the Ravioli
- In a separate large pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over high heat.
