Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Prepare the Potatoes:
- Wash and scrub the Yukon Gold potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- Slice the potatoes into uniform wedges, about 1/2 inch thick, to ensure even cooking.
3. Season the Potatoes:
