Savory Corned Beef and Cabbage Breakfast Hash
Ingredients
- 12 oz corned beef, diced
- 2 medium potatoes (about 7 oz each), peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
1. Prepare the Potatoes
- In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.
- Add the cubed potatoes and cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until just tender.
- Drain and set aside.
2. Saute the Onions and Garlic
- In a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.

- Incorporate the parboiled potatoes and let them cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to crisp at the edges.
5. Mix in the Cabbage
- Add the shredded cabbage and Worcestershire sauce.
- Saute for another 5-6 minutes, until the cabbage is wilted and tender.
6. Finish with Fresh Herbs
- Turn off the heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
7. Serve
- Transfer to plates and serve hot for a satisfying breakfast.
