Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 425°F to preheat while you prepare the cauliflower.
2. Prepare the Cauliflower
- Remove any green leaves from the head of the cauliflower.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Try to keep them as uniform as possible for even roasting.
3. Season the Cauliflower
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with 3 tablespoons of avocado oil.

4. Roast the Cauliflower
