Ingredients



- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce

- 2 tablespoons fried onions
- 2 tablespoons fried shallots
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions



1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare the Veggies: Arrange the sliced cucumber, radishes, diced tomato, and julienned carrot evenly in the bottom of a greased, oven-safe dish.

3. Mix the Eggs and Cheese: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, hot sauce, kosher salt, and black pepper until well combined.

4. Herb Infusion: Stir in the chopped scallions, chives, dill, and cilantro. Pour this mixture evenly over the layered vegetables.
