Ingredients
- 10 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 5 oz milk chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup whole almonds
- 1/2 cup almond nougat, chopped

3. Create Almond and Pretzel Layer:
- Scatter the whole almonds and mini pretzels over the nougat, pressing them slightly into the dark chocolate to adhere.
4. Drizzle with Caramel:
- Use a spoon to drizzle the caramel sauce evenly over the almonds and pretzels.
5. Top with Milk Chocolate:
- Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, similar to the dark chocolate process.
- Drizzle the melted milk chocolate over the entire mixture for sweetness and balance.
6. Sprinkle with Sea Salt:
- Finish by sprinkling sea salt over the top to enhance flavor contrasts.
7. Chill and Set:
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until the bars are fully set and firm.
