2. Cool and Peel:
- After 12 minutes, carefully transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with ice water to stop the cooking process. Leave them in the ice bath for 5 minutes. PT5M
- Peel the eggs delicately to avoid damaging the whites.
3. Prepare the Filling:
- Slice the peeled eggs in half lengthwise and gently remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl and the whites on a serving plate.
- Mash the yolks using a fork until you achieve a fine crumble.
- Add 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, and 1 tablespoon pickle juice to the mashed yolks. Mix until the filling is smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Fill the Egg Whites:
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture evenly into each egg white half, making sure to fill them generously.
- For a gourmet touch, dust with a sprinkle of paprika and garnish with a small slice of pickle, if desired.
5. Chill Before Serving:
- Refrigerate the deviled eggs for at least 15 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors. PT15M
