Refreshing Mediterranean Tomato and Avocado Salad



Ingredients



- 4 large ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced

- 2 ripe avocados, cubed
- 1 large bell pepper, diced

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste

Instructions



1. Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by preparing all the fresh ingredients. Wash and dice the tomatoes and bell pepper, thinly slice the red onion and zucchini, chop the basil, parsley, oregano, dill, and mint, and cube the avocado. Halve the bocconcini and crumble the feta cheese.

2. Combine the Vegetables: In a large salad bowl, add the diced tomatoes, red onion slices, diced bell pepper, and sliced zucchini. Gently toss to mix the ingredients evenly.
