Cheesy Broccoli & Rice Casserole Delight
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prepare Baking Dish:
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish lightly with cooking spray or butter.
3. Sauté Onions:
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, add a small amount of butter or oil.
- Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent and tender, about 5 minutes.
4. Mix Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, thawed broccoli florets, sautéed onions, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
- Stir in salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder until well combined.

6. Assemble Casserole:
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Spread it evenly across the dish.
