Fruit Symphony Breakfast Sparkler
Ingredients
- 1 cup sparkling wine
- 1 cup non-alcoholic sparkling soda
- 1 cup non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup Grand Marnier
- 1/4 cup cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup blood orange juice
- 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cup peach puree
- 1/4 cup strawberry puree
- 1/4 cup flavored water
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Chambord
Instructions
1. Prepare the Purees:
Combine the peach and strawberry purees in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for PT1M (1 minute) to warm slightly and enhance fruit flavors. Set aside to cool.
2. Combine Liquid Ingredients:
In a large microwave-safe pitcher, mix the sparkling wine, non-alcoholic sparkling soda, and non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice.
3. Add Juices and Liqueur:
Pour in the orange juice, Grand Marnier, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, pomegranate juice, blood orange juice, and grapefruit juice. Stir well to combine.
4. Infuse With Chambord:
Warm the Chambord in the microwave for PT30S (30 seconds). Add it to the pitcher and stir thoroughly to ensure even mixing.
5. Blend in the Purees and Flavored Water:
Add the cooled fruit purees and flavored water to the pitcher. Stir gently to maintain the effervescence.
6. Garnish and Serve:
Add the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and orange slices directly to the pitcher or individual glasses for a visually appealing presentation. Chill briefly in the refrigerator for PT10M (10 minutes) if desired before serving.
