Irresistible Chili Crisp Peanut Butter Noodle Stir Fry



Ingredients



- 8 ounces of noodles (your choice of rice or wheat)
- 2 tablespoons chili crisp
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Optional: Thinly sliced green onions, chopped peanuts, and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions



1. Prepare the Noodles
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add 8 ounces of noodles and cook according to package instructions, typically about 8-10 minutes for rice noodles and 6-8 minutes for wheat noodles.
- Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

2. Create the Sauce
- In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of chili crisp, 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and well-blended. Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary.

3. Stir Fry the Noodles
- Heat a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan, followed by the sauce, and toss them together.
