Ingredients
- 1 small head Napa or green cabbage, sliced into wedges
- 1/2 head purple cabbage, sliced into wedges
- 2 large carrots, peeled and julienned
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup sweet sesame dressing
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
2. Prepare the Vegetables:
- Wash and dry the Napa or green cabbage and purple cabbage. Slice each into wedges, ensuring they remain intact by keeping the core attached.
- Peel the carrots and use a julienne slicer to create even strips.
