Grilled Cucumber and Red Bell Pepper Bites



Ingredients


- 2 medium cucumbers
- 2 large red bell peppers
- 1 medium white onion
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cloves garlic

Instructions


1. Prepare Your Ingredients
- Peel and slice the cucumbers into approximately 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- Core the red bell peppers and cut them into approximately 1-inch wide strips.
- Peel and slice the white onion into thin rings.
- Mince the garlic cloves finely.

2. Marinate the Vegetables
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cucumber slices, red bell pepper strips, and onion rings.
- Add the minced garlic to the mix.
- Pour 1/4 cup of white vinegar over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Toss everything together thoroughly to ensure even coating.
