Instructions

2. Prepare Coffee Beans: Place the whole coffee beans in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle them with olive oil, ensuring all beans are well-coated.
3. Season the Beans: Add the sea salt and powdered cinnamon to the bowl. Toss everything together thoroughly to evenly distribute the salt and cinnamon over the coffee beans.
4. Roast the Beans: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the seasoned coffee beans evenly across the sheet in a single layer. Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of your preheated oven.

6. Honey Finish: Remove the roasted beans from the oven. While they are still hot, drizzle the honey over them. Use a spatula or spoon to mix gently, ensuring that the honey coats each bean lightly.
