Banana Honey Chocolate Delight with Sea Salt

Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes

Instructions

1. Prepare the Bananas:
Peel the bananas and slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds. Set them aside on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

2. Melt the Chocolate:
In a small saucepan, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Place the saucepan over low heat on the stove and gently melt the chocolate, stirring continuously with a spatula to avoid burning the chocolate. This should take about 4-5 minutes.

3. Coat the Bananas:
Using a fork or a skewer, dip each banana slice into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated. Allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the saucepan before placing the coated banana slice back onto the parchment-lined sheet.

4. Drizzle with Honey and Sprinkle Salt:
Once all banana slices are coated, use a spoon to drizzle honey over each piece. Then, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt flakes over the top of the honey-covered chocolate bananas.

5. Chill the Bananas:
Place the baking sheet with the banana slices in the refrigerator to allow the chocolate to set. This should take about 10 minutes.

6. Serve and Enjoy:
Once the chocolate is firm, transfer the banana slices to a serving plate. They are now ready to enjoy as a delightful snack!
