Broiled Spinach and Cheese Ravioli Bake

Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 10 ounces refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 10 ounces spinach ravioli
- 10 ounces meat-filled ravioli
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup low-moisture mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to broil and allow it to preheat while you prepare the dish.

2. Sauté the Garlic and Artichokes
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the salted butter. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the chopped marinated artichoke hearts and cook for another 2 minutes.

3. Prepare the Creamy Sauce
Lower the heat and add the softened cream cheese to the skillet. Stir until melted and smooth. Gradually whisk in the vegetable broth and chicken broth. Continue stirring until the sauce is creamy and heated through. Season the sauce with kosher salt and ground black pepper.

4. Cook the Ravioli
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook all ravioli varieties according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

5. Combine and Layer
In a large oven-safe baking dish, combine the cooked cheese, spinach, and meat-filled ravioli. Pour the creamy sauce evenly over the ravioli, ensuring everything is well-coated. Mix in the fresh baby spinach.

6. Top and Broil
Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese over the top of the ravioli. Add red pepper flakes for a hint of spice. Place the baking dish under the broiler for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

7. Serve
Carefully remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your broiled spinach and cheese ravioli bake as a delightful dinner treat!
