Cajun Shrimp with Garlic Herb Butter



Ingredients



- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions



1. Prepare the Shrimp
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
- Season the shrimp generously with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, ensuring each one is coated evenly. Set aside.

2. Heat the Pan
- In a large skillet or frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

3. Cook the Shrimp
- Add the seasoned shrimp to the pan, spreading them out in a single layer for even cooking.
