Cheddar Jalapeño Cornbread Delight
Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned)
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Wet Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, whole milk, and eggs. Whisk the ingredients together until they are well-blended and smooth.
3. Incorporate the Cornmeal
