Cheddar-Stuffed Chicken with Bacon Crust
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough:
- Combine the instant dry yeast, warm water, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Stir until dissolved. Let it sit for 5 minutes or until foamy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour with the yeast mixture and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
2. Prepare the Filling:
- In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined. Set aside.
3. Prepare the Chicken:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Create a pocket in each breast by slicing them horizontally, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
4. Stuff the Chicken:
- Evenly divide the cheese mixture among the chicken pockets. Seal the edges of the chicken with toothpicks to hold the filling in place.
5. Wrap with Bacon:
