Cheesy Baked Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
- 3 cups Marinara Sauce
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil, chopped

- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the chicken: Pat dry the chicken breasts using paper towels. Season them lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
3. Set up a dredging station: Place flour in one shallow dish, whisk the breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese in another. In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.
