Ingredients
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
1. Prepare the Rice:
- Rinse 1 cup of long-grain white rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
2. Cook the Rice:
- In a medium saucepan, combine 2 ½ cups of water and the rinsed rice.
- Add 2 teaspoons of garlic salt to the water for flavor.
