Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup pimento cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, finely diced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with a small amount of the melted butter, ensuring even coverage.
2. Sauté the Onion
