Ingredients
- 2 ears of corn
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated Cotija cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Corn
- Husk the 2 ears of corn, removing all silk strands. Rinse them thoroughly under cold water.
2. Wrap and Microwave
- Wrap each ear of corn in a damp paper towel to keep moisture in.
- Place the wrapped corn on a microwave-safe plate.
- Microwave on high for PT6M, flipping halfway through.

3. Butter and Season
- Carefully remove the corn from the microwave using oven mitts (caution: it will be hot).
- Unwrap the corn from the paper towels and let it cool for about PT2M.
