Cheesy Oven-Baked Shrimp and Vegetable Medley
Ingredients
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare the Baking Dish
Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking and enhance flavor.
3. Thaw and Prep Shrimp
If the shrimp are frozen, thaw them under cold running water. Dry thoroughly with paper towels.
