Instructions



1. Prepare the Avocado Yogurt Cream:

- Stir in half of the chopped cilantro. Set aside.

2. Cook the Chorizo Mixture:

- Add chickpeas, shredded rotisserie chicken, and mixed vegetables to the skillet.

3. Assemble the Tostadas:
- Preheat another pan over medium heat. Place each corn tostada in the pan for 1-2 minutes until it's warm and slightly crispy.
- Evenly divide the chorizo and chickpea mixture among the four tostadas.

4. Garnish and Serve:
