Creamy Crock Pot Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes

- 3 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 teaspoons salt, divided
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened and cut into chunks
- 1 cup whole milk
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

Instructions



1. Prepare the Potatoes
Begin by peeling and cubing the Yukon Gold potatoes into evenly sized chunks for uniform cooking.

2. Layer in the Crock Pot
Place the peeled and cubed potatoes into the base of the crock pot. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt over the potatoes to season them.

3. Add Butter and Cook
Cut 4 tablespoons of the unsalted butter into small pieces and distribute evenly over the potatoes. Cover the crock pot with the lid.

4. Cook on Low
