Creamy Garlic Dill Pickle Stir Fry

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 1/4 cup minced pickles
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Sauce:
- In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sour cream, and 1/4 cup milk. Stir until smooth.
- Add the minced garlic, dill, parsley, and chives to the mixture. Stir to combine well.
- Incorporate the dill pickle relish and minced pickles, ensuring they are distributed evenly. Add the pickle juice and mix thoroughly. Set aside.

2. Heat the Pan:
- Preheat a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium heat. Allow it to heat up for about 2 to 3 minutes.

3. Stir Fry the Sauce:
- Once the pan is hot, pour the prepared creamy garlic dill pickle sauce into the skillet. Stir constantly with a spatula to ensure an even cook and prevent sticking.
- Allow the sauce to cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it thickens slightly and the flavors meld together. Be sure to continue stirring to avoid burning.

4. Serve:
- Transfer the thickened sauce into a serving bowl. This dish makes a great snack when paired with toasted bread slices, vegetable sticks, or as a dip for chips. Enjoy your unique culinary creation!
