- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1. Prepare the Base:
In a medium-sized saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle simmer over medium heat.

2. Cook the Oats:
Gradually add the 1 cup of old-fashioned oats to the simmering water, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping. Continue to cook and stir for about 5 minutes or until the oats begin to soften and expand.

3. Incorporate the Sweetened Condensed Milk:
Lower the heat to medium-low. Slowly pour in 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk into the oat mixture, stirring continuously to combine thoroughly. Allow the mixture to cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring often, until it achieves a creamy consistency.

4. Add the Spices:
