- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning

1. Prepare the Ingredients:
Begin by organizing your workspace. Gather all the ingredients and ensure they are pre-measured and ready to use.

2. Cook the Bacon:
Place a large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Once heated, add the bacon slices in a single layer. Cook the bacon, flipping occasionally, until crispy and golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the bacon from the pan and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.

3. Scramble the Eggs:
Carefully wipe out the skillet with a paper towel, leaving a thin layer of bacon grease to enhance the flavor. Place the skillet back on the stove on low-medium heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt slowly.

4. Whisk the Eggs:
In a medium-sized bowl, crack the eggs and add water. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is a uniform yellow color and the yolks and whites are entirely combined.
