Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fine cornmeal

Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the buttermilk, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the chicken breasts to the mixture, ensuring they're fully submerged. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. For optimal results, marinate overnight.
2. Prepare the Coating:
- In a separate large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornmeal, and remaining 1 teaspoon of paprika. Mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Coat the Chicken:
- Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator. Take each chicken breast, allowing excess buttermilk to drip off, and dredge it thoroughly in the flour-cornmeal mixture. Ensure an even coating by pressing the chicken into the mixture firmly.
