Ingredients
- 4 chicken cutlets, breaded

Instructions
1. Prepare the Cutlets: Coat each chicken cutlet in flour, ensuring a light, even layer.
2. Prepare Breadcrumb Mixture: In a shallow bowl, combine fine breadcrumbs, flaked almonds, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
3. Bread the Chicken: Dip the floured chicken cutlets into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently so the coating adheres well. Ensure both sides are thoroughly covered.
4. Preheat Pan: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add 1 tablespoon of butter, allowing it to melt completely.
5. Pan Fry the Cutlets: Add the breaded chicken cutlets to the skillet. Cook each side for about 5 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.

9. Finish and Serve: Stir in chopped green onions. Return the chicken cutlets to the skillet, spooning sauce over them to coat. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
10. Plating: Serve the chicken cutlets drizzled with almond rosemary butter sauce, garnishing with any remaining flaked almonds for extra crunch.
