Ingredients



- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of butter, softened
- 1 cup of corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned, drained)
- 1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions



1. Preheat and Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2. Butter the Bread:
Generously spread the softened butter on one side of each bread slice, ensuring even coverage. Place the bread buttered-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

3. Season the Corn:
In a small bowl, mix the corn kernels with 1 teaspoon of salt. Toss well to ensure the salt is evenly distributed.

4. Assemble:
Evenly distribute the seasoned corn on top of the buttered side of the bread slices. Gently press the corn kernels down to help them adhere to the buttered bread.

5. Bake:
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the bread edges turn golden brown and the corn is heated through and slightly crisp.
