Crispy Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Prepare the Potatoes: Scrub the potatoes under running water and pat them dry with a towel. Cut each potato into 1-inch cubes, ensuring even sizes for uniform cooking.
3. Season the Potatoes: In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato cubes, olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary. Toss the ingredients together until the potatoes are well coated.
4. Arrange for Roasting: Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Ensure they are spaced out to allow maximum crispiness.
5. Roast the Potatoes: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Roast for 30 to 35 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through to ensure even browning.
6. Check for Crispiness: Once the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside, remove them from the oven. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
7. Serve: Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot, as a flavorful side dish to your dinner.
