Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, preferably curly type
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary (optional)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions

- Wash the kale thoroughly under cold running water. Make sure to remove all dirt and grit.
- Pat the kale dry with paper towels or use a salad spinner to ensure it's completely dry.

- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper.

4. Cool and Serve:
