Curry Chicken and Apple Salad with Toasted Almonds
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Salad:
- 2 large stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1 large apple, diced
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Set the oven to 375°F and allow it to fully preheat.
