Instructions

2. Make the Caesar Dressing:

- Add the Anchovies and minced garlic, continuing to whisk until fully incorporated.

3. Cook the Pasta:

- Reserve 1 cup of pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta.

4. Combine Sauce and Pasta:
- Transfer the cooked pasta back to the pot or a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the Caesar dressing over the hot pasta, adding a touch of reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce if necessary. Toss the mixture until the pasta is evenly coated with the creamy dressing.

5. Serve:
