Decadent Caramel Pretzel Apple Sundae



Ingredients



- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pretzels, crushed
- 1/2 cup chocolate, melted
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oatmeal streusel

Instructions



1. Prepare the Apples
- In a medium skillet, add the diced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are soft and caramelized. Set aside to cool slightly.

2. Melt the Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.

3. Assemble the Sundae
- In a serving bowl, place a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Spoon caramel sauce over the ice cream and sprinkle the salt evenly across the caramel.
- Add a generous handful of crushed pretzels for a crunchy layer.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the pretzels.

4. Finish and Serve
